Nutmeg

Flour
1/2-1 Cup
Egg

Bread crumb
1-2 Cup
Oil for deep fry
Instructions:
Peel and boil potatoes, make mashed potatoes. Heat a frying pan and
melt butter. Add chopped onions and cook about 5 minutes. Add ground beef
and cook until well done. Add salt, pepper, nutmeg before stopping heat.
Mix mashed potatoes, cooked onions and cooked beef. Shape mixture like
oval by hand. Sprinkle flour all over the
mixed potatoes, coated with beat egg, and bread. Heat oil in a deep pan
(about 350F). Fry until the surface is lightly browned.
