Chinese Noodle Salad
Ingredients:
1 head napa cabbage (shredded)
1/2 c. sliced radishes
1/2 c. green onions (sliced)
1/3 c. butter
2 pkgs Ramen noodles (crushed before opening)
1/2 c. sesame seed or sunflower
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. sesame oil
1/4 c. canola oil
1/4 c. vinegar
2 T soy sauce
Instructions:
Melt butter mixing w/crushed noodles, seeds and almonds. Brown til light brown. Mix sugar, oil, vinegar and soy sauce - micro one min.
Mix everything together when ready to serve. I don't use noodles because it cann 't get them soft enough.
