Greetings! I am a 42-year-old white male living
in the Phoenix-Scottsdale area of Arizona. My goal is to spend the second half of my
life working for Black Women in some capacity. With that said, I am seeking
employment and volunteer activities that will allow me to report directly to an African
American female or a group of Black Women perhaps including their families. I
believe that although it is symbolic for me to do this it is quite necessary to help set
the stage for the future. I am willing to perform clerical and secretarial work as
well as accounting, computer-related tasks, and servant responsibilities.
Unfortunately my back is not in very good shape otherwise I would gladly perform heavy
household chores.
Right now I am a computer Systems Manager working in
the hotel and resort industry. I've also put in many years of accounting also in the
hotel business, manufacturing, steel, and cost accounting. I am excellent with
computer systems, personal computers, software, and hardware. I have more than two
years of college but do not have a degree. I studied drama, film production,
business, and art.
During my whole working life I have not answered to a
Black Woman as a Boss yet and now it's time. I won't beat around the bush -- I want
to work for Black Women NOW and I like being told what to do. I am not looking for a
Mistress or girlfriend because I already have both in one fine Black Woman who is my mate.
I am trying to fulfill my need for submission to Blacks outside the home.
Please contact me via e-mail if you would like my
resume. I do not use phony names or nicknames when in later contact because I am
quite serious. I do not plan to move away from Arizona so please be a local employer
or someone who intends to move here. If you are not comfortable with Blacks or do
not like them for whatever reason you will probably not like me because I adore African
Americans. I need to serve them.

"As women, Blacks, Hispanics, Asians, and
American Indians began to move into the world of management, the emphasis was not on
learning from them. Efforts focused, instead, on fitting minorities and women into
what once was the domain of white men. These efforts almost totally missed the point
by failing to take advantage of the new resources being brought to the management world.
Interestingly, though, as affirmative action has gained ground, management theory
and practice are expanding the concept of what makes a good manager. The new members
of the workforce exhibit many of the behaviors that are being discussed and very
tentatively tried out by managers."
