Betty Boop is a Super Star cartoon character. She was pretty little girl with big eyes and short curly hair in an A-frame dress with a garter on her leg. Her claim to fame was the expression "Boop boopie be-do boop"! Her era was the 30's....which means her cartoons were not in color. They were in black and white...she is still famous today.
