Laureate Zeta Chapter - Charleston SC

Laureate Zeta Chapter

Where Friendship Blooms

Laureate Zeta has 16 active members from the age of 40 to 65. They are a social sorority of women who meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month. The main purpose of the sorority is to promote fellowship and close supportive friendships among its members.

Members reside in Goose Creek, Charleston, Sullivan’s Island and James Island.

Projects and activities throughout the sorority year include a 50/50 raffle at each meeting with a lucky sister getting half and the other half going to the chapter's fund raising project. They work with the Christian Ministry for their service project.

Members participate in cultural programs that include outings to learn more about the Charleston area.

Most meetings are held at members' homes and include a short business meeting followed by the social part of the evening. Many members like to think of their sorority meetings as their special night out with good friends -- something just for them!
