New Hope Baptist Church is a training church. A place where you find, not only education of the spirit but, education of the mind as well.

New Hope's pastor holds a doctorate in theology. He is also the registrar of the Eastern Theological Seminary in Lynchburg, VA. Dr. Jackson is constantly instructing his associate ministers, his members, and especially his youth.

Only through education, training, and experience are we able to grow and develop. By accepting the guidance of the Holy Spirit we are able to provide a solid foundation, rooted in the Word of God, on which to build.
