Aunt Sugar's~Kentucky Derby Pie!
Ingredients
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 stick of melted butter (cooled)
1 cup of broken walnuts
1 cup of Nestles Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Prepare one Pillsbury Ready Bake Pie Crust in a 9-inch pie pan or dish. Set aside.
I Never make my own piecrusts~besides, these are Just as Good as Homemade & Half the work~The Best Part about it is, Nobody Else Ever knows, Except You!
Combine sugar, & flour in medium bowl. Add eggs, cooled melted butter, broken walnuts, chocolate chips, and vanilla. Mix well by hand.
Pour mixture into prepared pie crust and bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 1 hour. Do Not over bake, as filling will become hard.
Serves Approximately 6-8 Guests

Mrs. Virginia Tripp, of Pekin, Illinois.
She's better known to all of My Husband's Family as "Aunt Sugar"
Rumor has it, Aunt Sugar Paid $150.00 for This Recipe!
