Halo
There are three parts to the season's ending planned so far. "Halo" is the first one, was written by Chris Carter and Frank Spotnitz, and may be aired on May 7th.0 Halo is the greek word for a cricle of light around the sun, however it is also used in the religious context as the circle around a god's or saint's head.
The second episode is "Bis Zur Vergasun" was written by Chris Carter and may be aired on May 14th. The title refers to a saying from Nazi Germany meaning "until the very end". It also refers to using gasses for mass murder.
"Nemesis" is the third episode and may be the last television episode aired as well as the last of the season. It was written by Chris Carter and may air on May 21st. Here's what TD has to say:
The title roughly translates as "Balance of Destiny" and is
also the Greek goddess of retributive justice. Of course, most of
us are familiar with the term as one that inflicts retribution or
vengeance and as a formidable and usually victorious rival or
opponent. I`m told it will be Mulder and Scully distributing the
justice in this one, it`s about time!
There`s talk, and that`s all it is right now, of possibly a Cancer
Man and Conrad Strughold connection to Adolf Hitler, hence the
German titles, and Strughold may bring The Project to an end. Also
rumors swirling around about a Skinner farewell scene that sends
him to Hell! We may also finally see Krycek make a return and kill
off another character.
