You can call him a rat, but I think Krycek is just trying to make a living. He lives in the moment, but at the same time is always thinking of the future. He always
knows which side he will benefit him more. Alex Krycek is as much of a middle man as A.D. Skinner, whom we have come to known to side with Cancer man every
now and then. I also think he genuinely cares for Agents Mulder and Scully, he always risks their lives and then saves them. Maybe it just works out that way;
however, it has happened all to often to consider it a coincidence.
