I make my home in USA.
I’m 5'2" tall and 23 years of age.
I visit the board daily.
My Stats: 230/175(goal)
My Size Stats: 18/12(goal)
I started Atkins on 4/8/00.
I restrict myself to 20-30 grams of carbs.
My exercise regime:
- My biggest excercise is chasing after my 9 month little girl..but when I'm not
chasing her...I do the Richard Simmons tapes... No ifs ands or BUTTS..and his Ab formula..and
soon Tae Bo....I do the tapes everyday..I also walk about 4 times a week if not more...
What I usually eat in a day:
- Breakfast:
I usually don't eat anything (i'm just not hungry then)
- Lunch:
Salad with meat or cheese
- Dinner:
Any meat that I choose, salad, and some kind of veggie
- Snack:
string cheese, pepperoni, sunflower seeds, and of course Pork Rinds :)
I drink nothing but water
My favorite recipe:

I don't have a favorite recipe yet because I'm just starting
My inspiration:
- My inspiration is to look like I did before...I would love to sit down and not
have anything spill over..(haha) and to be able to go out and turn a few heads like
before..and to make my husband droul Þ
Have you experienced any negative effects:

So far bad breath...But I can live with that if it means that I'm gonna look good
again :)
My comments: If anybody has any tips for a first timer I would love to hear them...Can't wait to try all
these wonderful recipes.
