I make my home in Oregon, USA.

My Stats: 140/130/115.
My Size Stats: 12/10/6.
I usually test trace.
I started Atkins on 11-1-1999.
I restrict myself to 20-30 grams of carbs.
My exercise regime:
- I exercise 5 days a week, I work with weight for 30
minutes
and do aeorobic for 30. Stair stepper for 15 and bike for 30
What I usually eat in a day:
- Breakfast:
2 eggs 3 bacons 1 small slice of grapefruit
- Lunch:
Salad, 1 small slice of grapefruit, tuna
- Dinner:
Salad, 1 small slice of grapefruit, meat of some type.
- 64-70 onces of water all day
My favorite recipe:

I am not much of a cook. so i dont really have one
My inspiration:
- inspiration) I fall off all the time. I have been tring to lose
this
last 20lbs for over 2 years with little success. Some weeks I am more
motivated than others
My comments: I am a single mom of 3 children, ages 15, 12 and 5. I
currently am not working after retiring from AT&T with 29 years
service. I
am sorta at a stand still in my life trying to decide what to do with
the
rest of it. I feel that will all this extra time off it would be a good
time
to get down to business and really work on losing this 20 lbs. I think
this
board is very supportive and I am hoping it will help me.
