I make my home in Ohio, USA.
I visit the board 3-4 times a day.
My Stats: 212?/205/145.
My Size Stats: 18-20/??/9.
I usually test purple.
I started Atkins on 01/16/00.
I restrict myself to under 20 grams of carbs.
My exercise regime:
- I have not started any excercise regimen YET! In the past,
I feel I have sabotaged myself by looking at the big picture and
getting overwhelmed. I'm taking one day at a time, but am finding each
day only gets easier! I feel much more energetic and once I feel
comfortable with my new way of eating, I will then begin excercising.
What I usually eat in a day:
- Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs,bacon or sausage egg,cheese and ham
omlette
- Lunch:
often I find I am not hungry but if I have lunch will have
salad,ground sirloin patty or tuna salad,ham or chicken salad
- Dinner:
chicken breast, steak, or other meat, salad
- Snack:
Atkins bars, shakes, sf jello, or string cheese
My inspiration:
- My inspiration is that I want to be healthy. I want to
look and feel good..... something I have not experienced in quite a
long time.
My goal:
- *splurge at Victoria's secrets!!
*wear a bathing suit (it's been over 7 years!)
*have a family portrait taken
My comments: Already this site has been such an inspiration and support
to me... I look forward to getting to know each of you better and am
wishing all of you only the best!
