I started Atkins on 10/99.
I restrict myself to 20-30 grams of carbs.
My exercise regime:
- I started out walking a few times a week, but now I don't
exercise at all. I want to get into aerobics soon. I did it a few
times and gave up, but will soon so I can at least tone my body. I am
losing fine without the exercise though.
What I usually eat in a day:
- usually a breakfast quiche, it's like an omelet, for
breakfast. For lunch a ground meat of any kind mixed with mayo on a
bed of lettuce. For supper, a steak or chicken or any other choice of
meat and maybe a vegetable that's lower in carbs. For snacking I eat
some chocolate mouse or pork rinds dipped in splenda and cinnamon.

My inspiration:
- To look like I did in high school, but mostly to help my
husband stay on this WOE so he looks like the man I married.
My goal:
- show off to people who haven't seen me in awhile and try on
smaller size clothing.
Have you experienced any negative effects:

just hitting a stall early on in the diet, but I got over
it
