I make my home in Plano, TX, USA.
I’m 5'6" tall and 29 years of age.
I visit the board 3-4 times daily.
My Stats: 196/159/130
My Size Stats: 18-20/14-16/8
I started Atkins on 11/99.
I restrict myself to 20-30 grams of carbs.

My exercise regime:

  • My goal at this point is to see how much I can lose without exerting myself...I think that's come to an end. :( I plan to start exercising (and utilizing that gym membership my dh bought me!) soon....

What I usually eat in a day:

  • Breakfast:
    3-egg omelet with cheese and various veggies, 2 slices bacon
  • Lunch:
    Keto shake (yummy!)
  • Dinner:
    Anything easy! Steak or chicken or fish, salad or veggies.

My favorite recipe:

  • Chicken Souffle:
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    2 T butter
    1 t thyme
    2/3 c mayonnaise
    1/3 c sour cream
    1/3 c grated parmesan cheese (the real kind!)

    Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter in a skillet, saute chicken for 5 minutes per side. Place chicken in a baking dish, sprinkle with thyme. Mix together mayo, sour cream and parmesan cheese spoon over chicken. Bake for 40 minutes or until brown and crusty.

    BTW, sauce goes great on green beans or broccoli too!

My inspiration:

  • DH and I plan on having a baby, and I want to lose the weight first! (goals) Experiment with a 2-piece swimsuit go on a shopping spree!! :)

Have you experienced any negative effects:

  • Absolutely none!
