I'm 5'5" tall and 50 ish years of age.
I visit the board 3-4x daily.

My Size Stats: 14/14/10

I started Atkins on 9/25/00.
I restrict myself to under 20-30 grams of carbs.

My exercise regime:

  • I'm trying to walk 30 minutes 3-4 days a week.

What I usually eat in a day:

  • Breakfast: eggs/bacon/ham/scrapple
  • Lunch: chicken salad/tuna salad/cheese
  • Dinner: chicken/beef/cheese
  • Snack: SF jello

Restrictions:

  • Dairy
  • Caffeine
  • Aspertame
  • Saccharin
  • Citric Acid
  • Nitrates
  • MSG

My goal:

  • To be able to dress in the cloths that I have hanging in my closet and have not been able to wear for 2 years and go to Rome in March.

Have you experienced any negative effects:

  • In the beginning I felt fat and bloated.

My comments:
This eating plan has worked for so many women and I have tried all of the diets/fad diets and I have to believe this will work for me. I have no where else to go.
