I started Atkins on 10/4/99.
I restrict myself to under 20 grams of carbs and Caffeine, Aspertame.

My exercise regime:

  • I walk 3 miles 4 days a week.Ê Try to stay busy during idle time.

What I usually eat in a day:

  • Breakfast is 2 eggs (or ham and cheese omlet) 3-4 pieces of bacon.Ê Lunch is simple since I am usually still full from breakfast.. but usually Tuna W/Mayo and some cottage cheese.Ê Diner is a BIG steak, Ribs, or a Protein Burger W/ cooked veggies.Ê I dont snack anymore because honestly I just dont have the cravings and Im very satifsfied with what I eat for meals, Im full all day.Ê Last and most importantÊ WATER,WATER,WATER,WATER,WATER...Im a camel!

My favorite recipe:

  • I LOVE THE PROTIEN BURGERS AT IN-N-OUTÊ :)ÊÊ 2ND FAVORITE IS A GYRO/Without the pita.Ê Now that Im thinking about it.. I would kill for one now!

My inspiration:

  • This board has been very helpful and fun.ÊÊ My inspiration is knowing that if I stick to this diet I will make my goal weight, NO DOUBT IN MY MIND!

My goals:

  • IM GOING TO DISNEYLAND!!!Ê (J/K)

  • I haven't found ANYTHING negative about this diet!
