I try to eat between 20-30g of carbs a day.
My exercise regime:
- Other than chasing around my 5 year old son and riding my horses, no. It's really a shame though, one of our barns has
been finished on the interior & is a complete home gym w/ all you could imagine.
What I usually eat in a day:

I have to admit- I haven't been very creative!
- Breakfast- hard boiled egg & a breve
- lunch- salami & smoked gouda cheese w/ some cut up veggies. Flavored sparkling water to drink- sugar free of course!

Dinner- Usually a meat of some sorts- I could eat steaks forever! *G* Maybe a small salad.

Snacks- some nuts or pork rinds
My favorite recipe:
- I'm not a very creative cook, so my menus tends to be a bit on the boring side for most people! LOL
My inspration:
- All the great compliments I keep hearing! Yes, I wasn't huge to begin with, but I was uncomfortable. People are
seeing the change and commenting about it. It is such a confidance booster!
My goals:
- Wear a bikini in public! LOL
Have you experienced any negative effects:
- I started on the diet at the end of June, and have just returned from a one week low carb "vacation". I was somewhat
bored with my menu. I think I need to be little more creative! *G*
