I make my home in Oregon, USA.
I visit the board daily.
My Stats: 217/195/140.
I usually test pink.
I started Atkins on 11/9/99.
I restrict myself to 20 grams of carbs.
My exercise regime:
- Oregon is beautiful...but we pay for that beauty with a lot of rain! I
walk during the spring and summer in our neighborhood and really enjoy
that. But during the winter,
I do not have an exercise routine. Thinking of making a date with
Richard Simmons in the mornings and sweating to the oldies!
What I usually eat in a day:
- Breakfast:
2 eggs, with 2 bacon or sausage
- Lunch:
Low Carb tortilla with meat and cheese, or salad,
or leftover from the the night before.
- Dinner:
Usually a meat and salad or vegetable. And...lots of water!
- Snack:
Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding.

- Take a Tea Tour trip to England with some girlfriends.
Wear shorts in the summer.
Enjoy many more adventures...!!
My inspiration:
- I want to enjoy better health.
I want to look in a mirror and like who I see.
I want to have more confidence in who I am.
Have you experienced any negative effects:
My comments: I have to continue to remind myself that this is not a quick fix, but a
way of life. I have been stalled for over 7 weeks, and it is very hard
to try to stay motivated! But I will reach my goal...it will just take
longer. And I will try not to be too envious of those whose weight is
dropping off like melted butter. I look forward to being a part of
this board!
I have a special tip! Cut your Ketostix in half lengthwise and you
still get a reading and they last twice as long!
