I usually test light purple.
I started Atkins on July 16, 1999.
I restrict myself to under 20 grams of carbs and Aspertame, Citric Acid, Nitrates.
My exercise regime:
- I get up early every morning and walk as fast as I can on the treadmill for twenty minutes.Ê I used to hate exercising,
but now it gives me a chance to think about my day.
What I usually eat in a day:

Usually I eat two poached eggs for breakfast, salad with barbecued chicken and cheese for lunch, and whatever my
hubby makes for dinner.Ê He has been great at creating recipes for me.Ê I am so lucky because he does all the cooking!
My favorite recipe:

I don't cook!Ê I will ask my hubby for the chicken enchiladas.Ê I think he makes crepes using the Dr. Atkins baking mix,
then he stuffs them with chicken.Ê He mixes the chicken with cheese, a little sour cream, and taco sauce.Ê It is delicious.
My goals:
- I have reached my goal weight and I have to say buying new clothes was the most fun I have had in years!
My inspiration:
- I wanted to weigh what I weighed before having children.Ê I now do!
Have you experienced any negative effects:

I feel great! Besides being constipated the first couple of weeks, I have no bad side effects.
