I make my home in NewCastle, DE, USA.
I visit the board weekly.
My weight stats: 282/271/160.
I started Atkins on 1/4/00.
I restrict myself to 20-30 grams of carbs.

My exercise regime:

  • I have no exercise program yet...I plan on purchasing a walk machine sometime in the near future.

What I usually eat in a day:

  • Scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon for breakfast. Lunch is whatever I can salvage from the carbsaturated cafeteria at work...usually a sandwich hold the bread. Dinner is some sort of chicken dish or broiled steak, roast beef, ham...with grean veggies. I snack on pepperoni, cheese and macadamia nuts. I still drink diet sodas...but I'm down from a 6 or 7 cans a day of diet Coke, to 2 to 3 cans of diet Sprite.

My favorite recipe:

  • I like that yummy twice baked cauli. dish from the recipe section....

My inspiration:

  • I have several family members who have lost in a range of 20+ to 60+ pounds over the past year.
My goal:
  • Fit into an amusement ride, WITHOUT the extension belt (how embarrassing).

Have you experienced any negative effects:

  • Some mild leg and stomach cramping...
