I make my home in No.California/USA.
I'm 5'9" tall.
I'm 36 years of age.
I visit the board daily.
I usually test pink.
I started Atkins on 02/01/00.
I restrict myself to 20-30 grams of carbs.

My exercise regime:

  • At this time I do little to no exercising. Although we have just set up a exercise area in our garage to use. We have a Nordic trak and a cardio glide. I'm really excited about using it. I have lost just enought that I feel like getting out there now.

What I usually eat in a day:

  • Breakfast:
    easy-over eggs with bacon or beef.
  • Lunch:
    salad with cold chicken or leftover meat from dinner.
  • Dinner:
    Some type of meat with broccoli or salad.
  • Snack:
    Pork rinds, homemade beef jerky or cheese.

My favorite recipe:

  • I love the jello recipes and the cheese cake recipes. This really helps the sugar cravings.

My inspiration:

  • My kids. I want to be able to bike ride and play at the park with my children (14 & 7 years old).
My goal:
  • Bike ride, run on the beach, take long walks with my husband (negeffects) So far nothing really. I do find that I must eat and sometimes I think I'm eating too much.
