I started Atkins on 5/15/00.
I restrict myself to under 20 grams of carbs.
My exercise regime:
- I have not yet been exercising. I HATE IT!!!! Maybe as I lose some more weight I will be more inspired to try?!?
My goal:
- Buy tons of expensive, gorgeous bras and panties!!
Have you experienced any negative effects:
- Constipated in the beginning - better now! Overdid the aspartame in the beginning and had some yucky side effects. Now I see it for the poison it is and avoid it!! Still pretty new at the whole thing.
