I make my home in Blythewood, South Carolina
I visit the board 3-4x a day.
My Stats: 246/203/155 (5'10")
I usually in purple amounts ketosis.
I restrict carbs and Caffeine, Citric Acid, Aspertame and MSG.

My exercise regime:

  • Nordictrac 6 days a week, one hour (5.5 to 6 miles)

What I usually eat in a day:

  • * Keto Shakes (banana, strawberry and egg nog are my favorites)
    * Anything leftover from dinner for lunch or a can of tuna with mayo and chopped celery
    * I snack on roasted almonds, pork rinds and coffee, very little cheese
    * For dinner, a steak with sauteed mushrooms, or a chicken breast and green leafys or a nice salad with everything, faux noodles with cheese sauce! *
  • I drink 1+ gallon of water daily.

My favorite recipe:

  • Marinate chicken breasts in Italian salad dressing (I mix up good seasons, with extra wine vinegar) for about 6-8 hours. Grill them on the George Foreman grill. top them with a couple of strips of cooked bacon, sauteed mushrooms and then monterery jack cheese. Microwave on high a minute until all the cheese is melted.
  • Meatsa, Meatsa Pizza!!!
  • Faux Pasta with Cheese Sauce (thin sliced cabbage, boiled, drained, make your own cheese sauce from cream cheese, cheddar, butter and heavy cream) YUMMMMMMMMM

My inspiation:

  • I have had some health problems which are now under control
  • Fat (on me) is NOT pretty!

My goals:

  • I'm not waiting to live until I reach my goal weight. I believe in living now.

Have you experienced any negative effects:

  • Dog Breath, Diarrhea, Headaches in the beginning.

I've been in a terrible stall for the past few months. Tried the meat fast, lost a couple of pounds, gained it right back, tried the reversal diet - got sick. Back to normal low-carbing, less than 20 gms carbs a day and keeping my exercise to 6 days a week. :)
