I make my home in Dallas, Texas, USA.
I’m 5'4" tall and too old.
I visit the board daily.
My Stats: 147/135/130-125
My Size Stats: 14/10/8
I usually test trace.
I started Atkins on 4/1/00.
I restrict myself to under 20 grams of carbs.

My exercise regime:

  • Use treadmill, but not as often as I should. Try and walk for 30 minutes or so at work..

What I usually eat in a day:

  • Breakfast:
    2 fried eggs
  • Lunch:
    1 cup of lettuce with oil and vinegar dressing, hardboiled egg with mayonnaise, chicken breast. Maybe a few pork skins.
  • Dinner:
    either fish, pork loin or sirloin, broccoli (one to one and half cups, cabbage (one to one and half cups) or sprouts, or cauliflower.
  • Snack:
    sf jello with splenda and 2 Tbs of heavy whipping cream, pork skins, rev rolls with cheese.

My favorite recipe:

  • Don't have one. The only thing I have tried are the rev rolls, and I'm still trying to get those right.

My inspiration:

  • All the people who have lost so much weight and fell so much healthier.
My goal:
  • Enjoy seeing my reflexion in glass doors etc. That is already happening.

Have you experienced any negative effects:

  • Slight constipation at first. Still get leg cramps even though I am taking calcium, magnesium and potassium supplements.
