I make my home in St. Louis, MO, USA.

I'm 5'10" tall and 32 years of age.
My Stats: 218/216/175.
I started Atkins on 3/05/00.
I restrict myself to under 20 grams of carbs.

My exercise regime:

  • I will walk or be on my health rider at least 3x a week (hopefully more).

What I usually eat in a day:

  • Breakfast:
    eggs, bacon or sausage
  • Lunch:
    cheesburger (no bun), or steak, or fish
  • Dinner:
    med. salad w/egg and bacon, and steak, or fish

My inspiration:

  • Having my shirt off july 4th and feeling great about it!
My goal:
  • Maintain!, have an improved golf game (who knows?, it could happen without this baggage), go to pool parties with confidence, tell anyone who wants to know - how I did it!

Have you experienced any negative effects:

  • I am new so this might not apply yet. I still feel kind of tired. That should go away.
