I make my home in Southwest Ohio, USA.

My Size Stats: 18/??/6-8.
I usually test purple.
I started Atkins on 01/18/00.
I restrict myself to under 20 grams of carbs.
My exercise regime:
- Well...I have been thinking about exercise...lol I guess
I'm far enough into this that I am taking a harder look at the Power
Rider we have collecting dust in the family room. My goal is to start
tomorrow - no really!!! - by using it 20 minutes/day to start! When Old
Man Winter decides to give us a break around here - I will start
walking and start riding my bike that is rusting away in the garage.
What I usually eat in a day:
- Breakfast:
eggs and bacon - usually a cup of coffee or two with Sweet
'N Low and heavy cream
- Lunch:
whatever kind of meat we have around and cheese
- Dinner:
salad, cheese, meat
- Snack:
string cheese or an Atkins bar. And, of course....enough water to swim in!

I really don't have a favorite yet - still rejoicing over
being able to eat bacon and eggs - and lots of string cheese!!! LOL
My goal:
- Well...hmmmm...I guess I would have to say that one of the
first things I want to do is to get something very silky, very lacy,
and very naughty to wear...lol I would like to make that "come hither"
look come into my husband's eyes! Mainly, I just want to hold my head
up high and know that there is nothing I can't do!
My inspiration:
- My dearest friend, who is closer than a sister to me,
was the one who got me onto this WOL. Keeping in touch with her daily
helps more than I can say. I also visit the chat at atkinsfriends.com
My comments: I'm just glad that I found you all. What a great source of
inspiration and more shoulders than you can shake a stick at!!!
