I usually test purple.
I started Atkins on 1/22/00.
I restrict myself to 20-30 grams of carbs.

My exercise regime:

  • Exercise?? Ug! I dont do much and dont like it too much. i like active sports, biking, skating, swimming, hiking. Please no calistenics for me. see i cant even spell it!

What I usually eat in a day:

  • Breakfast:
    Sausage and Eggs
  • Lunch:
    nothing usually, if i have a choice i dont get up before 10
  • Dinner:
    Anything and everything, meatloaf, chicken breasts, usually sf jello for desert.

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation

  • 2 pounds lamb
  • 4 carrot
  • 6 whole garlic -- cloves
  • 2 cloves garlic -- crushed
  • 4 cups spinach
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp salt

Cut the lamb up small and put it in 1 1/2 c water with cinnamon, pepper, coriander and salt. Simmer 10 minutes. Add carrots cut up, whole garlic cloves, and small onions. Simmer 10 minutes. Add crushed garlic. Simmer 20 minutes. Add spinach. Simmer 10 minutes. Garnish with walnuts and parsley. The spices are based on similar recipes in al-Bagdadi.
