Jonathan winning his first emmy award.

Jonathan Jackson recently starred
in a Showtime Original Movie
"The Prisoner of Zenda"
playing look-alikes.
If you take away the gezillion dollars,
the computer knowledge and the girl,
the character of Rudy Gatewick is pretty much me. Not Jonathan, his character. :-)

Jonathan's regular job is playing Lucky Spencer on General Hospital. He won his second emmy for that role this year and has been nominated a total of 4 times.

In fact, TV Guide says: "Leo Schmeo. We predict 16-year-old Jonathan Jackson . . . will soon be stealing the thunder from titanic DiCaprio. Moviemakers clearly think so: Jackson is already generating Oscar buzz for his performance as Michelle Pfeiffer's tormented son in the film version of Jacquelyn Mitchard's bestselling novel, The Deep End of the Ocean (due in October 1998). As a result, other scripts are coming his way. But he plans to ride out his midteen years on GH. 'There aren't a lot of movie roles for people my age, not good ones anyway,' observes Jackson. 'Scream is not where my strength is.' "

Here's his official homepage which he shares with his brother.
