Imperial Crown Prince 15 Elvin Harkins
Elvin (left in the photo above) became involved in the RSIC when he became involved with the
current reigning emperor two years ago, but he has shown he is as
passionate about the work we do as anyone. During Coronation 14 last
year, he coordinated the First Annual Bat-N-Rouge Softball Tournament,
which involved a team of real women playing a team of queens from the
court to raise money for the Fayette County AIDS Medication Fund. He
is currently working on a grand show at the Kentucky Theatre set for April
1997 which will feature a movie and a show with performers from Kentucky,
Cincinnati and elsewhere. Elvin currently serves as the secretary to
Reign 15.
