Marquis Jeff (shown above at the 1993 March on Washington),
is well-known in Lexington as an organizer and promoter of various gay
and lesbian issues. He is also the creator of the first International
Imperial Court website, and maintains the Imperial Court Listserve, an
e-mail discussion list for court issues. Thanks to Jeff, we have
a valuable tool to network with one another, exchange ideas, and make
