Emperor Paul came to Kentucky by way of the Hawaii court. After serving in Kentucky under two reigns of Michael Blevins and Jacqueline Parrish, the second as Imperial Crown Prince, Paul successfully ran for emperor in 1996. Paul currently serves as the Lord Chancellor of the RSIC Council, and is best known for looking really good in a tuxedo.
