Court people can say enough good things about Empress 6 Twyla Knight. Twyla
is known as many things: The Tallest Empress of the Bluegrass, The Honorary
Empress of the Great State of Tennessee, Empress 15 and a half. But perhaps
she is best known as The Saint of Diplomacy Empress. As in all Courts,
conflicts sometimes arise, and when called upon, Twyla can always keep
a clear head and a fair heart to work out the difficulty. She says she
has retired from drag, but still comes out occasionally to work Court shows.
Otherwise, she is kept busy being a big Kahuna administrator at the University
of Kentucky and with her M.A. in sociology, the resident expert on Shaker
history. Never let it be said that Kentucky empresses aren't diverse!
