Why are there rules?

When a channel has no rules there is no control, we try to ensure that the channel stays clean and friendly to all that come here. Please don't assume that we are prudes, but we try to have a channel that others who come here can enjoy.

Channel rules:

Be polite.
Respect other peoples views.
Don't ask for pics, there are plenty of other channels for that.
If you want to DCC chat or MSG, someone ask the person if it's okay before you do.
Don't pop in and out of the channel looking for someone, even if they are not here at least say hello. Or even better yet before you join the channel do /whois on the the nick your looking for, or /names #(channel name) without the ()'s to see if they are here.
Also cybersex in the channel is not permitted, you can do that in private if the other party is agreeable to it.

What will get you kicked from the channel:

Repeated violations of the rules above.
Harrassment, or hate mongering.
Coming into the channel with an offensive nick.
Coming into the channel while in channels like....
any preteen or teensex, forcedsex, animalsex,
incest, toiletsex, torure...you get the idea.
Btw: If you join a channel like those while you are in the channel you will be kicked.

What will get you banned from the channel:

Basically once you have been kicked you are on probation, any further violations will earn you a ban. Bans are very rarely lifted.
