In my Guide the following symbols are used : -  = HOURS OF OPENING   = TELEPHONE NUMBERS

WHEN CALLING FROM OUTSIDE AMSTERDAM YOU MUST ADD 31-20 BEFORE THE NUMBER AND IF YOU ARE CALLING FROM WITHIN HOLLAND JUST ADD (020) BEFORE THE NUMBER. IN AMSTERDAM YOU JUST DIAL THE NUMBER
