- Well, here is a little
more about me. In May '98 I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease. For Those
of you who don't know what this is, it is a disease of the intestines.

was hospitalized twice for it. The first time was just after I had been
diagnosed with it. I was in for 4 days. The medication I was on was helping
but wasn't enough, and in Oct of '98 I was back in the hospital for an
intestinal blockage. So I started taking Prednisone, a wicked, nasty, but
very effective steroid. Since then I've been doing pretty good. Trying
to watch my diet and keep from having another flare up. Anyone know
anyone with Crohn's? Until I was diagnosed with it, I'd never heard
of it, Since then I know of quite a few people with it, or they know of
someone with it.
