First everyone male or female has a right to be consulted on major decisions. A woman's opinion counts. I have seen a site which wants to repeal the 19th Amendment the woman's right to vote.
If you want to see my opinion of an ideal woman click here. The woman from proverbs runs the household and manages a business. She is wise. She makes her own decisions, but she willingly submits to her husband.
The husband as a dominant male is the head of his household. He consults with his wife on decisions with an open mind and values her opinions. As the leader he has final say nothing more, nothing less.
