These pictures from the ravines, which collect runoff from the farm and the surrounding 800 acres, show where the lake will eventually be located. The picture on the right is taken just above the dam. The lake will actually encompass about twenty acres once it is filled. The main body of the lake is fed by two seperate ravines. The picture on the left is the front-most ravine. Each of the two ravines, feeding the main body of the lake, will be prepared as wetlands. The rear-most ravine (not pictured) is located on the front edge of the back forty acre pasture.
