Buck in South Lake, Eastern
 Sierras '96

This is Buck swimming in the Eastern Sierras. He didn't like to swim at first, but I guess all Labrador Retrievers are born to swim.

Labrador Retrievers are one of the most popular breeds in America, but they are an active breed and many people are not willing to train their dogs. This leads to many Labs being dumped at the shelter. Many great Labs, like Buck, are available for adoption. Check out the many Labrador Rescue Groups on the Net. The Southern California Labrador Retriever Rescue, Golden Gate Labrador Retriever Club, and Labrador Retriever Rescue, Inc. have rescue pages. You can read successful Lab Rescue stories or see pictures of rescued Labs helped by LABMED.

Doshi is now a working guide dog! Check out his site for more information. The new pup will arrive in July!

Many Labradors have shared our home. Check out the updates on our fostered Labs.
