Seafood pasta … la Dolce Vita

3 1/2 oz. cuttlefish;

3-1/2 oz. octupus;
-
3-1/2 oz. shelled mussels;
-
3-1/2 oz. clams;
-
3-1/2 oz. shrimp;
-
3-1/2 oz. smoked salmon;
-
1 oz. garlic;
-
1 oz. anchovies;
-
pinch hot pepper;
-
1 oz. parsley;
-
3-1/2 oz. oil;
-
2 oz. butter;
-
1 lb. plum tomatoes;
-
1/2 lb. fettuccelle pasta (large fettuccine);
-
broth, optional.
Chop all the fish. Saut‚ the garlic in the oil and butter together with
the parsley, anchovies
and hot pepper.
Add the chopped fish, plum tomatoes and let cook adding water or broth.
When the fish is ready add with its sauce to previously cooked al dente
pasta and stir over flame
