I'm a salmon fishing lover ( It's not me on the picture, my biggest salmon was 28 pounds but I don't have a picture ) and I like keeping some salmon to smoke. I'm not crazy about food made with salmon however I have searched with several search engines to find salmon recipes for those who do .
I have found some in french but there are a lot in english. If ever you find a place on the Net where there is a recipe that I don't have on my list (no canned salmon recipes please, after all I beleive in catching it yourself...), please E-mail me the address or location.
