The Virtual Cub Uniforming Guide!

Tiger Cub Uniforming

Tiger Cubs and den

coordinators wear an orange

Tiger Cubs BSA t-shirt with

the Tiger Cubs emblem

printed on the front of the

shirt. Although highly

recommended, it is optional

for adult partners to wear the

orange Tiger Cubs BSA

T-shirt. The iron-on Tiger

Tracks may be placed

anywhere on the Tiger Cub's

shirt after completion of a

Big Idea; the front of the shirt

is recommended.

The T-shirts can be

purchased from the nearest

Scouting distributor. Both

youth and adult sizes are

available. A Tiger Cubs BSA

neckerchief, cap, and belt

are also available, but their

use is optional.

Tiger Cubs are presented

with a specially designed

leather Tiger Paw belt totem

contained in the "Tiger Cub

Instant Recognition Kit." This

is done when they learn the

Tiger Cub Motto and

Promise. The totem can be

presented at either a Den or

Pack meeting. For each Den

activity that is completed, the

Tiger Cub is presented with

an orange bead. For each

five family activities that are

completed a white bead is

presented. These beads

should be presented at an

appropriate ceremony, and

should be added to the belt

totem. When the beads are

presented, the Tiger will feel

self-esteem and pride in his

accomplishment.

Dad is COOL!
