Escarpments and Water Springs

Water Way - 7 Waterfalls - National Park

Stone House (a little cave whith a underground stream). In the Park you can See high masetas like the belvederes of the Véu de Noiva (Big one with 245 feets). In sequence, the highest point to the waterfall in Chapada. Other small waterfalls, also very beautifull, proposes delicius baths, like - Cachoeira das Andorinhas, Independência, do Degrau, do Pulo, da Prainha and Hidromassage. Rocky Way of National Park

We go to National Park. The Park stands out for its insinuating rocky formations: The Alligator Stone, Sacrifice’s Table (is possible see diferents shell fossils - the region stay the botton of the sea 300 milions years ago) ,The Stone Altar is sand stone made, Stone Hole is incredible, is possible crossing inside, Mushroom Stone is a arqueological place, The Stone House is little cave whith a underground stream).

Véu de Noiva and Cachoeirinha

The Véu de Noiva waterfall, is shaped to Coxipó river. Its the greated post card to Chapada. With 260 feet is the best place of Chapada. The big valley is formed to the nice rainforest lot of birds and animals. In this place we have a tipical restaurant.

On the same river is possible see aother impressive place, the Cachoeirinha waterfall with 60 feets we possible swimming in the nature lake and seat in the white sand to the little beach.

Stone City

situaded in the west side of The National Park, the Stony City, with its uncontable megaliths sculptured by the wind and the rain, makes our imagination believe that so real forms, like busts, phallus, symmetric altars could be only man’s realisation. this hypothesis is not, at all, execrated by arqueologist that contantly explore the region. The Monuments are as beautiful as the view you have from this crags, at over 800 meters of heigth, above the mount. Tres Irmãos, headwaters of rivers that will form the Pantanal. We see a “Little Grand Canyon”.

Chapada dos Guimarães City

Xarayés Farm

We go to Xarayés Farm, in the way visit the Geodesical Center of South America, a nice belvedere, is possible see the low land to Pantanal). In the farm we have a típical reception a little lunch and walk arround the primary forest, between the feeld, and go to the forest inside the streamlet, is possible see many waterfalls and wildlife. In the End of the trek we have a típical farm lunch make in the stove with brazier.

Água Fria

We go to one our, route crosses the exotic district of Água Fria, a mining claim of diamond. An apart attraction. You can see the higth and mysterious mount of Kambambi, where is localised fossils of big dinossaurus . The excursion extend also to the Pingador Waterfall, where is possible to see the pre-historical inscritions behind the waterfall make to 12.000 yars, and we have a delightful bath. In the little village we have a lunch and go another place swimming, if the group like is possible to make to “boia cross” using cameras for cars inside the river. Inforgetable adventure!
