Meeting Minutes Oct. 12, '99

Meeting was held at Mark bachelor pad. The meeting did convene after Friends finished. there is quite a bit of stuff going on in the next little
bit. I am sure I/we have forgotten something so please email me olivers@interlynx.net if you other stuff you want to add!
-This weekend Cub Fun Day, see above.
-This Mon. night Scout House 8:00 is the next HRRT/Snow Moot meeting
-Next weekend we will be doing some kind of fundraising effort for the group and world moot
-The wine is ready to be bottled, so come and get corked. More details to follow soon. Moot wine is $20 a bottle so let everyone know!
-Registration deadline in now past so register!
-ORC conference is around the weekend of Nov. 13 in is being held in London, ON. We are going because we are selling "SNACKS" at the tuck
shop.
-Snake has some info on some Rovers in France who want to come and visit in 2001.
-We are going to sell regal and the group committee will get us a water purifier.
Past Events:
-Apple Day, thanks too all of you who were able to come out! It seems that we are down a bit from last year.
-Halloween Moot, for those who attended we had a goulash time! Squire Dan got initiated (round 1) on Sunday morning! To bad that only a
couple of us were still around. HEY HOPE we's got some pictures, so you don't miss out to much. The Springville Rover crew is looking forward
to seeing Dan next time at the ORC conference in London....
