Crew Executive review for 1998-99 -

Heather expressed that she does not want to continue as Mate. Laura Kalbuck was nominated for Mate by Michael Logan, seconded by Heather Fraser. Vote was unanimous in favour.
Considering that Adam Pyke had expressed that he felt as though he could not contribute as Vice Mate while living in Guelph, Michael Logan nominated Mark Miller as Vice Mate. Seconded by Todd Martin. Vote was unanimous in favour.
Realising that the position of Quartermaster was vacant, Mark Miller nominated Todd Martin as Quartermaster. Seconded by Laura Kalbuck. Vote was unanimous in favour.
Realising that Dave Oliver usually sends out emails regarding what goes on at meetings even though he is not an invested Rover, it was suggested that the position of Secretary should be left vacant, and should be filled by Dave upon Investiture.
Neal Pyke will continue as Keeper of the Purse.

By-law Amendments -

All amendments were passed. Amendments can be found at http://www.geocities.com/yosemite/rapids/5814/documents/amendments99.doc.

New Membership for 1999-2000 -

Several people have expressed interest in applying for membership in the Crew. They are: Brian Dagg (currently 20th Hamilton Crew,) Dale Martin (55th Company,) Rob Black (21st Hamilton Crew.) It was decided to extend invitations of membership to Brian and Dale. Rob Black is debating whether or not to ditch his old buddies as the 21st for his last year of Rovers, because he is not happy with the way the Crew works. It was also noted that he has unofficially had an invitation to any Thunderbird Crew activitiy extended to him. Until he lets us know what he wants to do, he will be considered an Honourary Member. Invitations will also be extended to Kyle Miles, Scott Darrall, Tom Eagles, Ryan Bortz and Drew Spence, all from the 81st Company.

Meeting adjourned at 11:40 pm.
