Contact List -

It was noted that not everyone has an up-to-date copy of the contact database. Since people are
just moving into their new houses, it will continue to be updated for the time being. When the
database is sufficiently updated, it will be availabe for download from the web page (at a
hidden location) and will be distributed in hard copy format to those within Hamilton.

Crew T-shirts -

The Crew T-shirts are ready to be picked up, but Laura doesn't have enough money to pay for them.
Please get your $15 to her as soon as possible, so we can pick up the shirts.

Fundraising -

Heather distributed the Entertainment Books. So far, she has already sold 9 out of the 20 that
were ordered. Please do your best to sell as least one.

Reports on Squires -

Hope Jervis and Todd Martin were both invested on the canoe trip. Laura Kalbuck and Michael Hall
have now completed their service, and may be invested at any time. Dave Oliver, Natalie Welsh,
and Laura Vorstenbosch will be working on their squireship as outlined in the document "So you
want to be a Thunderbird?"

Religion in Life Award -

A number of members including Heather, Monica, Michael L, Michael H, Peter, Adam P, Neal, Hope,
and Ainsley have been meeting every other week to work on their Religion in Life Awards. The
consensus is that we have not done enough to warrent receiving the award, and will each undertake
a Quest for Spirit over the next year. We will receive the award when we each feel that we are
ready.

New Member -

Gillian Millet, a new McMaster University student, has approached the Crew about possible
membership. She is from Aurora, and is working on her Duke of Edinburgh's Award.
