Hi there everyone! Well there are now 30 of us!!!! I am also told that only 3 members are away from Hamilton (Adam.P, Mike.L, Hope.J, John,
Monica.N, Ian.B, Mike.F, Ryan.D)
We just had our first official meeting last night in the basement of St. Andrew's Church. As well the First HRRT meeting of the year was held
the past Mon. Night. There are numerous dates, events, and activities coming up right now and very very soon!

This coming Monday, October 4th. HRRT budget and Snow Moot meeting at Scout House for 8:00pm.
Sat. Oct 9th, Possible party at Rob Blacks farm down in Camboro, ON??? TBA!
Mon. Oct. 11th Thanksgiving, Yummy Turkey and pumpkin pie!
Fri.-Sat Oct. 15 & 16. APPLE DAY! It appears that everyone is with there own groups. If you are free and have no group the 81st is looking for
help!
Sat. Oct 16. HALLOWEEN MOOT down in BURFORD, ON! A bunch of us are planning to go after Appleday! If you want in let us know
ASAP! (Were Mike.L, Mike.F will be as rumor has it)
Wed. Oct. 20 Registration deadline
Sat. Oct. 23. CUB FUN DAY. The rovers are running a subcamp/ 4 activities! We need as many people as possible. Come on now, where are our
30 members??? As well this weekend is Scout Basics so camp is going to be a busy place! We better not hear of anyone going to Fairy Tales
moot up the road instead!!!
Mon Oct.25 The October HRRT meeting @ SH for 8:00pm.
Nov. 12-14 is the ORC Conference in London, ON. Again a few of us are going, especially those involved with the Mexico Moot as we will be
running the snack bar and any proceeds go towards our fundraising efforts! There are expecting around 50 people to attend.
Mon. Nov. 22. HRRT meeting at scout house for 8:00pm.

We welcomed our new member Alison Bray, thanks for choosing the best crew in Hamilton!
Popcorn Sales start this week and run till the beginning of November! This money will be used to help support Scouting within the Hamilton
Wentworth District.
The 81st group would like us to sell REGAL catalogue products. As an incentive they will purchase us a water filter which we need and the
replacement parts needed to repair the stove, Ummm Mark he he he ops.
There is a BRRT meeting coming up soon, when??? If someone knows please fill us in thanks!

Beverly, Poster production David Oliver, Canteen Big Bruce! Sorry Can't remember who is cooking but it is someone's parents and I hear they
are really good, well not as good as Mom but still some what comparable,he he he. Rumor has that polar bear dip will be back! Staff cabin at this
exact moment in time is BP. First Aid in Confed as will as the Canteen. If anyone is gives you money DO NOT ACCEPT IT. ALL MONEY IS TO
