Melissa Bieman - Year IV Bio-Chemistry at McMaster University in Hamilton.  Melissa moved to Hamilton to attend McMaster, and found out about our Crew through the ORC and our web page.  She was on the organising committee for Snow Moot ’99, Beach Party Moot '99 and is back serving on the Executive for Snow Moot 2002.  She's was also one of the co-ordinators for the 1999 ORC Conference in London.  An invested member of the 1st Wilmot Greyhawk Crew, Melissa reaffirmed her promise with the Thunderbirds on 4 January at Christmas Camp '99.

Why we call her "Special"

Basically its because of these stickers that Miller hands out to everyone at Moot dances (they say, "Speical.")  Anyway, the name just kind of 'stuck' to Mel.
