RUSH Adrenalin Adventures believes that we can provide you with SAFE yet Exhilarating Adventure Getaway. We can do this because we provide 1 guide per 2 clients and we restrict our group sizes to 6.

All our guides are highly qualified professionals, our lead guides have many years of experience in their chosen fields. All our whitewater canoeing guides are accredited Whitewater Instructors and regularly compete in whitewater events. Our Mountain Biking and Rock-Climbing guides are hand picked by our Head Guides. All our guides have A StJohns Ambulance First Aid Certificate or better.

Our adventures are physically demanding and require a basic level of fitness. No experience is necessary as our guides provide you with all the instruction you need to participate in each Adrenaline Session.

Our equipment is chosen with safety first. We use open Canadian type canoes, these are easy to get out of and swim away from unlike rafting they don’t take you down the river with them. Our mountain bikes are basic but more than adequate for the job. There’s no suspension or hi-tech gearing to deal with. All maintenance on our bikes is done in-house and a safety check is performed on each bike before the start of a session. We update our bikes on a regular basis. Our Abseiling and Rock-Climbing gear is the best that money can bye. Jumping off or climbing up a cliff is scary enough without having to worry about the equipment.
