The Resort is a luxurious condominium resort with of only 90 units. It is located 1500 metres above sea-level and nestled in a valley of pine trees. It offers excellent mountain views from spacious balconies. Each unit is about 1600 sq ft, well furnished and comes with full services. Due to its low density development, privacy and exclusivity is assured. |

Design and Architecture
The Resort is sprawled over 10 acres of hilly terrain to capture the best views of Fraser's Hill. Each unit has a spacious balcony where you can rest and relax in the cool atmosphere of Fraser's Hill. For comfort each unit is spaciously designed with over 1500 sq. ft of built up area. It is designed with the holiday maker in mind, sheer relaxing ambience with panaromic views. |
| Building Maintenance
The Resort maintains its own team of maintenance staff including painters, carpenters, electricians and masonry workers. Besides the Company has its own in-house geotechnic engineers. |
Fire Safety
All apartments have smoke detectors there are fire escape doors at the back of each unit. Fraser's Hill has its own fire-fighting team too. |
Security
There is 24 hours security at the Resort. All apartments have intercom connection to the security office. |

Slope Maintenance
Programme
Fraser's Pine Resort is probably the only resort with the most extensive slope protection system in Malaysia. Costing RM10 million, designed and constructed by Pilecon Engineering Berhad, the system consists of hundreds of monitoring devices and an excellent designed retaining system making Fraser's Pine Resort the safest highland resort. |
