The Lake (also known as Allan's Water) located at Jalan Ampang (in Fraser's Hill) was once a natural reservoir supplying fresh mountain water to the residents of Fraser's Hill. Why it was named Allan's Water - no one is sure. It is now a popular recreation area for visitors. Facilities here include Paddle Boating and Fishing. Fishes that have been caught are Ikan Talapia, Ikan Keli, Ikan Haruan and Ikan Likor.

During the weekends, families enjoy find the setting at the Lake an ideal place for picnics. There is a small administrative office and rest room facilities here.

Nearby the lake is a nursery where you can buy cut flowers (depending on season) and young plants in polybags.

Paddle Boat        RM6.00 for 15 minutes (max 3 persons)
Fishing                Adult RM5.00 and Children RM4.00 for the whole day
